Glad it worked. BTW, you only needed to do the Installing MinGW section. But at least you have everything setup for compiling DOSBox
I've updated the DOSBox wiki, so everything should be correct now.

Just wanted to say, that using roytam1's instructions, I was able to compile PCEM, to only require OpenAL32.dll. So thank you.
