Glad it worked. BTW, you only needed to do the Installing MinGW section. But at least you have everything setup for compiling DOSBox :D

I've updated the DOSBox wiki, so everything should be correct now.

This doesn't work anymore, but I'm leaving it here for prosperity. I've also included the patch files, although I don't know if they are needed anymore. Just wanted to say, that using roytam1's instructions, I was able to compile PCEM, to only require OpenAL32.dll. So thank you.
