Re: Any discussion on Slot 1 P3 Emulation?
Well, if Socket 8 and Slot 1 Emulations were to be possible on PCem, then it would like this.... [Socket 8] Award 440FX clone [Intel] Pentium Pro/150 Pentium Pro/166 Pentium Pro/180 Pentium Pro/200 Pentium II Overdrive/300 Pentium II Overdrive/333 [Socket 8] Award 440FX clone [Klamath] Pentium II/23...

Re: Performance Degradation From Going Above a Pentium 233?
I have a Ryzen 3600X for reference. The Pentium MMX 233Mz works flawless but if go higher I start seeing more and slow-down and by the time I reach the K6/2 chips the system is barely usable because even booting to the desktop lags it down to 80% speed and games just tend to crash. Is this about no...

Re: [Patch] Gateway 2000 4DX2-66V
I believe I agree, besides, I think I know the chipset used on that machine, it's the Micronics JX30G chipset, in which that's a 486 chipset.SarahWalker wrote: ↑Tue 10 Dec, 2019 6:00 pm I find it _highly_ unlikely this machine is using a WD76C10 chipset; that's a 386SX chipset...

Re: [Patch] Gateway 2000 4DX2-66V
The reason for the link request removal are exactly about the very files you are attaching right now... Sarah doesn't need copyrighted ROMs on her forum if she wants to implement emulation of anything. (also i could've sworn Gateway 486s used S3 Trio32s) You are quite right, actually. I really shou...

Re: [Patch] Dell Dimension XPS 466V & Dell Dimension XPS 4100V
Here's an updated patch file with Pentium Overdrive/83 support, and I also fixed the patches by converting it from plain AT into an AT with PS/2 support.

Re: How do i install a patch to PCEM V15?
I've never done it either, because it always keeps failing when I tried.omarsis81 wrote: ↑Thu 07 Nov, 2019 2:40 pm I never done it, but I guess you have to download the source code, replace the patch files and compile it.
Here is a good guide: http://pcem-emulator.co.uk/phpBB3/viewt ... ?f=3&t=845

Re: [Patch] Gateway 2000 486
I tried to patch it when I even tried to compile PCem, but it failed.
EDIT: Never mind, I was finally able to compile it.
