That is not a bug. That's the back porch/border color area (which is missing emulation on EGA/VGA cards), and if you ask me, that border could be made even larger considering what monitors those cards were for..... In all CGA video cards, the image is not displayed in full screen (an invisible black border remains at the edges in both window and full screen modes). While in other video cards (EGA, VGA) the image is correct and full screen. Please fix this bug.
