The manpage is for those using Linux/UNIX platforms. It provides documentation for the command 'pcem'. The .spec file allows Red Hat-format (RPM) packages to be built.

Hello, I've been trying to setup an emulated Commodore PC30-III, and I noticed that it seems to be difficult to use ctrl-alt-esc to access the BIOS. Is there a way to create a config file to remap the keys that PCem doesn't pass through? I did a bunch of research on the forum, and while I have found...

I'm new here, but I was impressed by PCem, so I decided to make a manpage and a specfile, to make it easier to install on Fedora/other RPM-based Linux distros.
