bug: pcem doesn't work on touchscreen devices

PCem crashes at launch on my hp stream 7 tablet running windows 8.1. It will launch if I plug in a keyboard and mouse.

It's not meant for use without a keyboard and mouse.

EDIT: Also, you already had a topic for this. Please use that one instead.

Yeah, PCem isn't going to work without a keyboard and mouse, and it probably wouldn't be very useful with just touchscreen input anyway.

Still, it shouldn't crash. Windows emulates a mouse with touchscreen, and while the on-screen keyboard is dreadful, programs in general work with it.
