CDAudio not playing correctly on win95 (original release)

Every time I start some cdaudio testing on win95 (original release from 1995), it just skips all the tracks (any audio cd, but mixed mode ones work fine) and doesn't play audio from the cdplayer (or any other cdplayer). This problem doesn't happen at all on OSR2 or later or on NT or on Win3.x.

Testing VM:
Machine: 430VX PCI
CPU: Pentium (P5)
Clock: 90-120Mhz
GFX Card: S3 Trio64 (4mb)
Sound card: from SB1.0 to SBAWE32.

I confirm this. Also, if logging of those commands is enabled, you notice it keeps repeating Test Unit Ready and Read SubChannel.

Update: seems to be also related to the read 10 (0x28) command and on the ioctl_readsector function on cdrom-ioctl.c
