It's not. Your browser probably blocked it, hence you thought it's broken. Simply click on the download error message and allow it to download.

I had a problem like this with a new PC I bought to use with PCem. If I remember correctly the solution was to delete the contents of my old nvr folder with PCem, and it worked. I could use PCem again as if it was still on my old PC. I backed up my PCem folder before testing this out.

I did not try this on my old PC, just the new one. The new one was not much better than the old one.

If you get this "No ROMs present" error with PCem, try deleting the contents of the nvr folder.

First you should download emulator source (for Linux from this website),
Then you should install required package with 1GB size approximately,
Then you should compile and make it by means of following instructions,
Then you should search Google for PCem roms and place downloaded roms (from GitHub) into roms folder,
Then run PCme binary file,
And Result is: "PCme fatal error , No ROMs present!"

@marzban2030: Post a romset again and you will be banned, we don't allow linking of ROMs due to copyright reasons. PCem just veers on the side of caution so that we don't get shut down. There is a few exceptions (Like Generic clone XT BIOS ROMs and XTIDE Universal BIOS as they have no copyright or are GPLed)
