I had the same problem when installing Windows 2000. I fixed it by installing win2000 with sp1 iso and not with sp4 iso.
Does anyone have Windows XP SP1 ISO and Vanilla Windows XP ISO to give me so I can install it in PCem? SP2 and SP3 ISO are giving me the setup error. I can't find SP1 and Vanilla ISOs on the Internet.
