revision 378, Frogger DOS broken (CGA)

If I try to play the original floppy or common DOS versions of Frogger, the water never stops moving, and the print screen key freezes the game even though it shouldn't. (the ibm pc never supported print screen.) Sometimes the screen would glitch up, and I couldnt reproduce it again.
IBM PC with 1mb ram, little cache, composite cga is off. 64-bit build.
