How do i install a patch to PCEM V15?

How would I install a patch, like this one?
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3205
This was made for V14 I believe, so would it work?

I never done it, but I guess you have to download the source code, replace the patch files and compile it.

I've never done it either, because it always keeps failing when I tried.

You nerco'd a thread from 2019 that's about a depreciated version from two major releases ago

yes but is istn full source code just a source of devices
