Well, with the built-in drivers, the mouse disappears with every memory configuration and with every color mode, happens in all machines supported.

Windows NT 3.5 was a year before the introduction of the S3 Trio line of video cards. Try using a Vision864 instead

Actually, the S3 Trio64 was introduced the same time as NT 3.5 and as the Mach64, and the Vision864 doesn't allow 1024x768x32bpp.

Well PCem uses the same hardware cursor code for both the Trio64 and the Vision864, so probably the bug would be present with both. Also Trio64 drivers do exist for NT 3.5.
