[Req] Creative EAX emulation?

Any chance we will see this one day? Imagine Windows 98 with Half Life (original build, not the steam one) and Eax sound, with reverb effects and so on... Same for Thief. WOW!

Half-Life has its own reverb/echo DSP system fyi, so EAX isn't necessarily required.

PCem would need the EMU8000 feature finished first, since Live is also EMU based

maybe it could be jerry-rigged with the OpenAL EFX stuff in the meanwhile (it might require separate buffers for opl/midi/pcm/pcspkr first though)

Well, half-life was just an example, we have numerous games with eax :)
