Tested this game in various configurations, including dynarec pentium and interpreter 486 and in all of them the 3d rendering fails. I've changed almost all settings and there was no effect in the rendering. Attached two screenshots showing what happens. Probably a CPU bug? Works in DOSBOX and in real hardware using the same emulated CPUs/VGAs

It's broke as far back as v9 from what I can test so far. Looks like the CPU isn't giving zr's texturing span driver an edge so it overruns and gives up traversing the texture for every other line. It's a little amazing it doesn't cause an immediate segfault
