How configure a four axis joystick (or pedals)?

Hello everyone:
As I said in the other post: I really enjoy the last version of PCem. With the new joystick support I can play again with a lot of oldies flight sims released in the lates 90.
But I have one question related to the joysticks. I can use joysticks with two or three axis without problems but I don't be able to configure a second joystick like pedals or set one device with four axis (alieron, elevator, throttle and yaw/pedal) like, for example, Microsoft Precision Pro (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft ... cision_Pro).
Is there a way to get this kind of configuration?
