First of all, congratulations on making a great emulator... I'm using it a lot lately and trying many old games, and they all work great!
Are there any command line options for launching the emulator, giving a games as a parameter? I mean, more or less like mame does...
It should be great to have the different systems configured and launch the games like: pcem <machine> <game>
If it's not possible right now, could it be added as an option in future releases?

That's a very good idea! What we have now (upgrade after the official v12) is a dialog box at launch to load different configurations, but I believe your idea is much better.
This dialog box is kinda ugly and buggy
I also prefer to have CFG files to be associated with PCem and with a double click on them PCem launches with that specific configuration (although CFG should be changed to PCE or another extension, as CFG is quite common and probably another program already is associated with that extension).
Edith: you suggestion of directly launching a game with a command option would not be possible or realistic as PCem is very different to Dosbox
PCem works as a real computer! You have to load the OS first and then launch the game from there
