[Bug] Cant use periods in Config Manager

Made a new machine called "Win 3.1 (P75)"
it truncates after the ., so the machine ends up being called "Win 3" in the GUI.
This machine can't save any new machine details, (defaults to XT, no drives setup, etc). I can't even delete it from the GUI (can delete file itself).
