Edit: OS/2 Warp 4 IDE CD-ROM Drivers (those built-in) work fine under OS/2 2.0 (without XR06100 or with it), so, looks like the driver format in Warp 4 hasn't changed at all from OS/2 2.0 GA/RTM from 1992
