I'm not sure if this has been reported before, but here it goes:
If you open PCem, the PCem Configurator Manager pops up and if you right away click on Quit, it crashes

Configuration Manager need more fixing.
Joystick needs pre-initialize because I can't doing joystick configure before loading any machine now.
I guess, joystick initialization order should be prior than Configuration Manager.
And I wrote other joystick issues to other thread.
MIDI settings messed up since Configuration Manager but this was fixed.
