According to every datasheet I could find, the all the -12 80286s were actually 12.5MHz. This is a small difference from the round 12Mhz value currently in the code, but I thought I would report it anyway.

It's really going to depend on what clock the motherboard provides. The 286/12 motherboard I own definitely clocks the CPU at 12.0 (divided down from a 48 MHz oscillator).

Just checked my Dell 286 rig. 12.5 MHz divided from a 25MHz clock.

Mine is 12.5MHz too, that's the reason I made this suggestion. But it's okay, just a small change that I can maintain locally
