When I use Socket 7 Award 430VX PCI does not work floppy and when I use SOCKET 5 Intel Advanced / EV works.

Solutin -> This bios -> 12/10/97-i430VX,UMC8669-2A59GH2BC-00 <- is OK

I have compiled a version with wx and without and both are the same error. The PCEM 12 version does not have this bug to download as a binary

I don't know if it is really a bug, but in order to make it work now, you need to go to "integrated peripherals" section of the BIOS, and there, Enable "Onboard FDD controller".

Well, if it works by enabling the "onboard controller" then it is not a bug, rather it is normal behavior as in the Config Menu you have "Internal IDE"

I'm not so sure if this is the cause of the problem but you have a different BIOS than mine
