Add Epox P55-VA and ASUS P/I P55TVP4 motherboards

Based on existing code (Award i430VX PCI since they use this same chip) I added two motherboards that I particularly
needed because of the attributes that each one has and they are not necessarily the ones that I need, but ..., to the tests I refer.
So far it works, but if you want to polish them to work 100%, please check the changes, it would be a good addition to the project.
If it is stable or not, if it is politically correct or not, I leave it to you, because for what I need it, it works!
