tested against pcem latest commit 67d13d6

issue:
-boot to floppy drive with xt-ide enable will throw "Error 4h!"
-xt-ide don't detect hdd

issue solved: boot to floppy drive with xt-ide enable will throw "Error 4h!" --> use correct xtide build version.

issue partialy solved: xtide not detect hdd ---> after doing some clean build and compare with official pcem build,
i think this issue is not a really issue until the official v13 build released

i can confim now, this is not an issue since i've test with the pcem stock it give the same result as above.
so i guess this is the intended behaviour.

retested againt latest pcem commit 9745aa0

changes in the pcem mainline code, now give proper NCR PC4i harddisk support.
no nessecary code changes in the previous NCR PC4i patch since its already supported by in
pcem mainline code other than itty bitty changes to comply with latest commit.
