I am writing a program that has to be run from an external ROM. So far I haven't found anyhing that tells me how to do it. I know it should be possible because the README.TXT says you can use XT-IDE but unfortunately doesn' tell you HOW to do it. It should be something simple but obvious I missed it. I hope someone can tell me what to do or where to look for the needed info.
Thank you very much in advance!

Re: How to add an external ROM like XT-IDE?
To use XT-IDE ROM, open the configuration and go to the disks tab. In HDD, you must choose [IDE] XT-IDE or [IDE] XT-IDE (AT) and PCem will use that ROM. (If your computer is a IBM PS/1 model 2011, PCem will use a specific XT-IDE ROM automatically)
The bad news is that you can only load XT-IDE ROMs, so you won't be able to load your ROM (unless you rename your rom to ide_xt.bin or ide_at.bin and place it on the roms folder). Maybe if a "generic" ROM board is added you could use any ROM with it...
