Latest Nuked OPL3

Patch to update the included 1.7.4 Nuked OPL3 to 1.8
From Nukeykt:
"Nuked OPL3 v1.8 is out.
Changelog:
* New envelope generator.
* Rhythm mode emulation is 100% correct now.
"

Unfortunately in my case, it gives me a segfault on boot. GCC 4.7.2 and gdb isn't giving anything right now

No issues here on GCC 8.2.0 and Clang 7.0.0 on 64-bit Linux.
