In PCem v14 and in PCem-dev commit 6bd1c70, FreeBSD 3.0 will successfully install but crashes when fsck attempts to calculate fragmentation:
Machine: [Socket 7] Shuttle HOT-557
CPU: Intel Pentium/166
Memory: 64MB
Video: Phoenix S3 Trio64
HDD: 2GB IDE
FDD: 3.5" 1.44M
CD-ROM: 16x PCemCD
Mouse: 2-button PS/2
I am able to run sh and attempt to run fsck manually, resulting in:
FreeBSD 3.0 fsck should display the following (This screenshot is from a FreeBSD 3.0 installation done in Virtualbox 6.1):

I just tested this OS with the WinChip interpreter and this issue does not occur.

I have retested this OS with v17-dev commit 302d05c and the issue still occurs.
