Tandy Deskmate

Trying to run Deskmate 1.01 on a Tandy 1000 (original) and it does not recognise the F11/F12 Keys. This cripples the functionality of Deskmate. How can i fix this?

Having never actually seen a Tandy 1000 in the flesh, I'd always assumed the keyboard was like the XT keyboard in that it didn't go above F10. You learn something new every day!

Yes, I've had several Tandy 1000s and the F11 and F12 keys were very seldom used because of the non-standard key codes. For the most part, the Tandy keyboard was treated as an XT keyboard by software makers with the exception of Tandy themselves.
