window resolution

Post by laxdragon »

Is there a option, (gui/config/command line) to set a fixed window resolution? I find it mildly annoying to have to resize the window manually on each launch. If not, consider it a feature request. I love how well PCem scales when display stretching is enabled. Another option would be for the app to simply remember the window position and dimension on exit, and restore them on launch.

Thanks much! BTW, Keep up the fantastic work. I love finally being able to run Win98 reliably with voodoo and awe32 support in an emulator. This is basically the software version of the retro PC I built.

That's a very welcome addition, thanks!

Speaking of window resizing, as I mentioned before, it is quite hard to grab the window corner to resize it in high resolution displays (I use a 2k resolution desktop so the window edges are way too thin).
Will you please consider adding a status bar to PCem in the future, with an actual resizing corner area? Thanks.
