[Bug] Configuration manager doesn't work correctly

I click New, I see the configuration dialog, I click OK, then I'm back in the configuration manager, with nothing on the list, so I can't go further. And when I close the configuration manager by clicking on the X, PCem crashes.

do you have the "configs" folder created?
PCem should create it automatically, but it doesn't...

I didn't, I'll do that now.

Also, save your config file in that folder cause it uses current working directory by default for me.
