Bug? External Midi no longer working in latest revisions

My external USB Midi device (real MT-32) is no longer working in the latest revisions since v12 (I'm on commit beeaccf). I can choose USB Midi from the Sound Blaster 16 config, but it's defaulting to emulated software because I hear music through the speakers but it's not coming from the MT-32. I reloaded the official v12 and USB Midi is working fine; data is being sent to the MT-32 properly.

UPDATE: This appears to be an issue with the emulated Sound Blaster 16 card because when I choose Sound Blaster AWE32 external midi works fine.

Correction: the same issue is happening with AWE32. Appears to happen at random. I've checked that my USB Midi adapter is working properly with other software such as Dosbox.

If you changed to AWE32 (machine setting changed without exit PCem) and didn't appear this problem, and this problem appears again when you restart PCem, that's it.

I solved MIDI problem with bit's PCem-wx-SDL2.
I compiled for testing wx-SDL2 UI, but this can use MIDI out device correctly and works fine with Windows UI too.
