pcem fails to compile on ubuntu 17.04

I'm not able to compile pcem from source on ubuntu 17.04. It did build on arch linux. Here's the log: https://pastebin.com/0nLarB1H

Thank You, i posted same thing some time ago, but no one seems to care, maybe now.
So its not only new Ubuntu, same on 32bit 16.04,14.04, AntiX and probably on every linux.

Run autoconf and automake, then re-run ./configure and make.
