--config doesn't apply to nvr files

It'll try to read and write a .whatever.nvr instead (instead of config.whatever.nvr)

Didn't feel like bumping a thread to point out this minor bug.

(could also be a little more convenient to find whatever.nvr first if config.whatever.nvr doesn't exist, then write to config.whatever.nvr)

This does already happen, just whatever.nvr has to be in the 'nvr\default' directory.

I'll look into the --config issue.
