It'll try to read and write a .whatever.nvr instead (instead of config.whatever.nvr)
Didn't feel like bumping a thread to point out this minor bug.
(could also be a little more convenient to find whatever.nvr first if config.whatever.nvr doesn't exist, then write to config.whatever.nvr)

This does already happen, just whatever.nvr has to be in the 'nvr\default' directory.(could also be a little more convenient to find whatever.nvr first if config.whatever.nvr doesn't exist, then write to config.whatever.nvr)
I'll look into the --config issue.
