Failing to render after minimized.

In V9 if you set it to Direct3D and resizable window and minimize it it would restore correctly after minimizing
If you used DirectDraw or non resizable window in V9 it would fail to restore (nothing comes up) after minimizing.
In Rev 284 it would now fail to restore even with Direct3D/Resizable window.
