[Patch] Keyboard patch

This patch doesn't translate keyboard command response. Fixes keyboard doesn't work properly on some AT compatible machine's BIOS.

The issue was caused by the [url=http://pcem-emulator.co.uk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=830&p=13388#p13388]Goldstar GDC-212M BIOS that add patch was uploaded today[/url].

Someone really needs to fix that broken URL embed code. I don't know how long it's been broken but I noticed the other day when I tried to turn a Youtube video URL into a link.

The bug that was breaking the Goldstar machine was that Read ID was accidentally writing the post-translation keyboard ID instead of the pre-translation, meaning it was effectively being translated twice. So I've corrected this in rev 1523 and the Goldstar machine seems happy.
