V10.1 - PC Speaker issues

Really brief and to the point: Some games emit a REALLY REALLY HIGH pitch pc speaker noise when they're 'off', like the menu in Pango. AMI386

Same thing with donkey.bas in basica, also noticed it in Digger with white noise during inactivity.

I think this is a port 0x61 issue.

Should be fixed in rev 394.
