Flight Simulator 1 buggy on IBM PC

Dear Sarah,

I am running IBM PC 5150 emulation in PCem with CGA card in composite old mode and 128K RAM.

I think Flight Simulator 1 (PC booter) has some issues with the emulator, because I see this:

whereas I would expect them to display like this:

Could you advise if this is a bug with PCem?

My config: i4670 and Gefore 2060
