DHCP with Realtek card

Hi there.

I want to enable the possibility to enable the network between my PCem Win98 and my host computer (the phisical computer).
I've chosen the realtek network card but into the S.O. nothing happens.

I've chequed the winipcfg.exe command and Win98 can't receive any IP from my home network.

I wish (if possible) to setup the communication in bridge mode.
Or if is not possible in NAT mode.

I remember that VMWare offers this two options and always like bridge mode for the simplicity of the communication.
So, I hope anybody can bring me a hand with this.
