If certain card has issues with certain games I'd test it in real hardware before stating PCem has a bug If certain card or emulated config runs slow with a particular game, well... it's emulated stuff, how thing really were... Wait until Sarah finishes with the Matrox Mystique, it has a rep for hav...

Oh I see! Why do I get 12 fps difference with the same config? Maybe 3.10 made other improvements but not with 3DNow! I will try to get that v3.20 you mention. Thanks

3DNow!

I always wanted to try the Quake patch that optimised the game for 3DNow! So,last night I timedemoed Quake 2 vanilla with a K6-II @ 266 and a single Voodoo2 with latest official drivers and Windows 98Se, it gave me 31.8 fps I'm not sure what was that patch, but I managed to get 3.10 version patch an...

I downloaded a floppy version of the game, and tried to run it within a DOS box under Windows 95 with a Pentium 75 and got the same error message, BUT then I tested another version, a CD version of the game (apparently the standalone game, with a CD label "MENZO_V1_0" and the game...

Opening Zip drive images

I assume Zip drive was emulated to ease transfer files from host to guest environments. I installed a Zip drive in Windows 9x and I can create a new zip image with PCem option, mounted, formatted it and I can write files within PCem. Now, I closed PCem and tried to open that zip image file with WinI...

There are no USB mouse emulation! Only serial and PS/2.
However, if you have a USB mouse in the host system it will work fine.
