Re: Raspbian can't compile v15

Unfortunately that's the latest choice I have through the Raspbian distro. I could try older GCCs at least probably as there's gcc 4.4-4.9 and 5 packages.

EDIT: Installing gcc-4.9 and editing src/makefile to point to that allowed it to successfully compile and run

[OT-ish] fitting Linux distros?

For curiosity and development I'm wondering what's available that fit the criteria... - Be small - Use some lightweight Windows9x-like WM like XFCE that's actually lightweight and not allegedly lightweight as every WM uses that word - Have working Mesa drivers for secondary 3dfx Voodoo cards - Have ...

Can you just drop this on top of v14?
Should be fine, but if you have any existing '430vx' configs using IDT or Cyrix processors, you'll have to readjust them all since AMD was added to the Socket 7 list.

[Patch] DFI Super7 boards (WIP)

Since I wanted to have one more PCI slot for an AudioPCI+V2SLI setup with a K6-2, and I got sick of the slow dark 640x480 boot screen of the FIC, I naively implemented these other two boards with the same two VIA chips (VT82C586B and 82C598MVP) involved and as a result this patch is very much the ba...

Re: v15 compatibility & bug list (WIP)

As K6 CPUs were just added to S7 boards however this will cause a CPU change in all existing 430VX (now Shuttle HOT-557) configs that use the WinChip and the Cyrix.and will cause no emulation as a processor is no longer selected since the list orders are now changed. EDIT: Noticed the ASUS S7 boards...

Re: How to connect a folder in PCem to my own Computer?

If you've got a CD-ROM drive in the guest, you could probably make a folder with your stuff, use mkisofs with that folder via a batch file to refresh the ISO and mount that.

I certainly wouldn't oppose to an option to limit hard drive access speed. I already sort of did a slow down the floppy controller in my noise patch....
