Just add at the top of your config file for first vm and use for second.
Do not touch the NE2000.c file.
Use PCAP on both vm`s if you want to play games on LAN or VPN

Or you can use ImDisk Toolkit and load your Pcem HDD to your windows10 machine like usb stick,copy files on HDD unmount and you are good to go

Create a shortcut on your desktop of POP3D.exe and add -sli at the end.
D:\games\pop3d\POP3D.exe -sli

That is how i got it working on my pcem and i use voodoo3 and voodoo2.

FWIW on PCem menu the only Network type I have available is SLiRP. I use a physical connection (ETH, no WiFi) and GNU/Linux.
