If i remember correctly there were 2 versions of Voodoo 2 - 8 MB and 12MB.

If im not wrong PCem emulate only 8 MB version.

It's already there.

Voodoo2 8mb = 4mb framebuffer, 2mb texture memory * 2 texture mapping units
Voodoo2 12mb = 4mb framebuffer, 4mb texture memory * 2 texture mapping units

(In case you're wondering, Voodoo2s with a 2mb framebuffer live in some arcade machines.)

If you check dxdiag in Windows 98, or even in Windows 95 (with DirectX version 7 installed), you will be able to read the Voodoo 2 video memory. Mine always showed 12mb in non-SLI mode, and 16mb with SLI mode enabled. Thankfully the PCem readme indicated that both the 8mb and 12mb variants are emulated.

I have found Voodoo 2 emulation to be excellent so far. It seems to work better in non-SLI mode, but the difference is not significant. I have yet to try the Voodoo 2 with TIE Fighter or X-Wing Alliance, but I look forward to that in the coming months.
