Windows 98 (FE or SE) floppy not work

I'm having problems with PCEM to use floppy disks in Windows 98 (FE or SE). It is not read properly (as shown in the images posted) This occurs in any build I use. Is it a bug?

It's a known "bug" with pcem,

Should be fixed as of rev 1518.

I am experiencing this issue with PCEM 16, in PCEM 14 it worked well for me
