I get this on both the PCI-128 and the Ensoniq with the newest drivers and I've had happen in a couple different games/instances

Yes, and in fact you can see in the title bar there it's V15

Issue is I don't if a bug with the Soundblaster emulation or real-behavior from some kind of software issue. Okay, Update now that I've gotten other sound cards working:
Switching my system to the AWE32 with the default drivers completely fixes this issue but I still don't know if it's real behavior or a problem with PCEM's emulation of the 5th generation Soundblasters.
