[v16] VGABOMB/Artillery Combat FPU issues

It's an early VGA artillery game from 1988 that uses VGA and can't start beyond the intro screen on anything using a FPU (including 387s). I don't know if it actually utilizes the FPU, it's made in Turbo Basic on a PS/2 Model 80.

Game works if I use a 486SX.
