[BUG] S3 Vision864/Trio64 "tripled" graphics in Solaris

In PCem v15 and v16-dev commit 6822f80, Solaris 2.5.1-8.0 display "tripled" graphics in 1024x768x8 mode and in other modes a section of the framebuffer is repeated over and over again. It almost appears as if the first 256k of the framebuffer is being repeated continuously.

PCem configuration:
Machine: Shuttle HOT-557
CPU: Intel Pentium/166
Memory: 64MB
Video: 2MB Paradise Bahamas 64/S3 Vision864 (also occurs on Phoenix S3 Trio64)
FDD: 3.5" 1.44MB
HDD: 2GB IDE
CDROM: 24x PCemCD
Mouse: Microsoft 2-button serial

I have retested Solaris 2.5.1 and 2.6 in v17-dev commit 0cbe6ae and the issue still occurs.
