Question about Windows 7

Will PCEM run Windows 7, and if so could you point me to a Windows 7 installation guide? I looked on Google and Youtube for one with no luck. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

There are many videos that show Windows 7 running on a K6 platform. So, answering your question, it should work.

There is a dynarec bug which causes Windows 7 to crash on startup in PCem if the dynarec is enabled. With it disabled, Windows 7 will install and run provided you have a CD-ROM version of the OS.
