PCem V15 , v16 , v17 crash immediately after running machine

I don't know what happen but pcem crash immediately once I start a machine that can be a 8086 or Pentium II.

Unfortunately only the v14 is working from v15 to v17 I get this error.

are you using the official executable? Pentium II only is available in v17...

I was meaning that any pcem version from v15 to v17 crash to me after push the LOAD button for start machine.

delete any config file or create a new setup
maybe you are loading some configuration that invokes bioses you don't currently have

unfortunately I already done it and it crash the same way
that's why I post the event viewer log because PCEM doesn't have log enabled.

On V14, change your CPU to an intel, as there's been a config regression since AMD K6 CPUs were added years ago. The crash may be trying to start a non-existent CPU from it

PCEM v14 is working to me I have problems with v15,v16 and v17 that aren't working and crash , no matter which machine I load on them if Intel or AMD they crash

can this be the propblem ?
I forget to say that I have changed the video card from a gtx 770 to a RTX 2060 ?
anyway I reinstall the driver correctly with DDU cleaning the old one all the games
and other emulators that I have installed work perfectly but PCEM crash from v15 to v17
when I load any configured machine on them.
PCEM v14 work perfectly!!!

edit the config file and change the renderer, maybe from OpenGL to software or Direct3D

nothing to do I have also nupacked a new one put roms and create a new machine... it crash!!!

when I push the LOAD button it stay some seconds like (one - two) like this
