Both at the same time. Maybe it's already there - but then Im too stupid to set it up.
Booting from IDE and having some extra SCSI devices would be awsome.

Add a line like this to the machine config file:

macaddr = 06:00:00:00:00:01

This also allows you to have multiple machines on the network at the same time. Adding this to the configuration manager would be nice, but anyone who understands networking should be able to edit the machine config file.

IMHO the rest is nice to have, but not essential.
