Hello,
I am going crazy trying to use shaders with PCem.
As per previous posts I found, I select OpenGL 3.0 for video, and then I go to the shaders manager, but no matter which shader I try, regardless of if it's the .glslp or .glsl file, and whehter I get an html content or the "real" content in it, I always get errors.
I am getting them from the repository here:
https://github.com/libretro/glsl-shaders
So what am I doing wrong?

I'm using GLSL shaders and never had issues with them.

I personally use these shaders, which are made by a member of these forums (and based on libretro)
