Can't open Pcem (Can't find libtiff.so.5)

Hi, I'm using the latest Pcem, last time I opened it was a few months ago. Maybe due to an update or something, I can't open it anymore. It seems to be a recurrent issue with many programs. Pcem returns:

pcem: error while loading shared libraries: libtiff.so.5: cannot openshared object file: No such file or directory

I already tried reinstalling and using sudo.
