[Patch] Leading Edge Model D

tested againt latest pcem commit 6bd1c70. I know it won't make it for V16 But thought of uploading it before I forget about it.

Does the actual machine boot with that giant font?

Does the actual machine boot with that giant font?

I've used a CGA card, as that was my first card I owned. But works also with VGA:

The Model M and Model D are different Machines:

While Leading Edge sells both the Model M and the Model D, that is where the similarities end. They are very different machines - the ''M'' ($1,695) is made by Mitsubishi of Japan, the ''D'' ($1,495) by Daewoo of Korea - and they have different capabilities.

I've downloaded the modeld.patch and while I open it with Notepad++, it give me the opposite (Wrong patch?). Also, this is my first post since returning to PCem forum.
